Return Window
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery. The return window begins on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item has a quality issue, contact us before returning it.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@rydertoysshops.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in our response.

Return Shipping
Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label for approved returns. There are no restocking fees.
Refunds
Once the returned item arrives at our facility, we inspect it and notify you of the approval status within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
